2. It is strictly prohibited to allow the pump housing to run without diesel; dry running can rapidly damage the internal diaphragm and pump core. When the oil level in the oil tank is too low, avoid repeatedly energizing the pump for oil delivery.

3. Use only qualified diesel fuel; replace the fuel filter element on schedule, as a clogged filter element may cause the fuel delivery pump to overload and lead to premature failure; ensure that fuel line fittings do not leak air.

4. After disassembly, assembly, or maintenance, use this electronic pump to purge the oil circuit; do not forcibly restart the motor multiple times to purge air, as this may cause dry-running damage to the high-pressure pump.

5. During installation, the rubber vibration damping pads must not be omitted; apply appropriate tightening torque to avoid imposing rigid stress on the pump body, thereby reducing vibration and noise levels and minimizing the risk of casing cracking.

6. Fault symptoms: difficulty starting, poor restart performance after warm-up, load speed drop, or stalling at idle; if any of the above symptoms occur, prioritize checking the pump's pressure, power supply, and filter element status.

7. When replacing parts, prioritize matching original equipment specifications; ensure that the inlet and outlet ports are not installed in the opposite direction; after replacement, inspect the piping for any kinks or flattening, and verify that the oil lines are unobstructed and free of throttling.
