Note when using the air control box assembly of the concrete mixing truck:

1:Factory default of pressure relcase valve is 0.35-0.4MPa. Adjustment at will is not allowed

2:After washing,open the discharge valve to drain the remaining gas

3:When the temperature is below 0'C ,and the car is not in use.you must exhaust the redualwater of the jacket water tank.pipeline,valve and so on.ln order to avoid cracking.

Maintenance method:                             

1, the product is a vulnerable part, when the factory pressure has been adjusted to the specified pressure, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the pressure again. In long-term use, if the leakage occurs in the reversing valve, only need to remove the M8 on the reversing handle, adjust the bolt on the reversing valve stem and tighten it 1 / 4-1 / 2 circle (if the gas control box is replaced, it will not be approved);

2. When the water tank adds water, first open the exhaust valve to completely discharge the water tank pressure and then open the water valve to start the water;

3. When the water tank level gauge is full, close the water valve and exhaust valve:

4. Open the water inlet valve when the idle engine and the chassis pressure reaches 0.5MPa; use the flushing system when the pressure displayed by the water pressure gauge is 02-03MPa;

5, when the continuous use of the flushing system, each time should be carried out according to the above requirements
